Delete your Mascot Arena account or data.
Mascot Arena is planned as a guest-first game, so you should be able to play without creating an email/password account. If you want data deleted, you can request it by email.
If you use guest play only, some data may live locally on your device. You can remove local app data by deleting Mascot Arena from your device or by using any in-app reset/delete option available in the launch build.
If Mascot Arena stores server-side progress, links to Game Center, links to Google Play Games, or later supports a Mascot Arena account, you can request deletion by contacting Rosterlytic LLC.
How to request deletion
Email support@rosterlytic.com with the subject line "Mascot Arena data deletion request".
Include any information needed to find your data, such as:
- player ID shown in the app
- Game Center nickname or player information, if linked
- Google Play Games profile information, if linked
- email address used for support or account access, if any
- device/platform and approximate date you last played
Do not include passwords or sensitive payment information.
What we delete
Depending on what exists in the launch build, deletion may include:
- player profile or account identifiers
- gameplay progress and run history
- mascot progress, inventory, loadouts, and virtual currency balances
- reward ledgers and ticket balances
- optional platform-linking records controlled by Mascot Arena
- support records tied to your account or player ID, where deletion is permitted
What may be kept
Some records may be retained where necessary for:
- security
- fraud or cheating prevention
- reward verification
- legal compliance
- accounting or tax obligations, if purchases are added later
- resolving disputes
- backup integrity
Where practical, retained records will be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
Timing
We aim to confirm deletion within seven business days after receiving enough information to identify the relevant data. Backup copies may take up to 30 days to fully expire.
